Posted at: 2012-12-13 14:22:33
Catself is making a video for a new song, and you also can be part of it!

The video is going to be made up of short clips made and sent by people from all over the world.

To participate:

1) Make a short video of yourself - a few seconds will do!
You can be doing anything in the video - something that you like, relaxing at home, having fun with friends, doing sports or just doing your job.

2) Send the video (original file) to us! You can for example use WeTransfer using this address: video AT catself.com. If you prefer, you can also put it up on your server and send us the link.

3) Send a message to video AT catself.com that includes:

- the file name

- your name/nickname, (surname), city/village, country - they will appear in the video at the bottom of your clip! Your surname is optional. Include it only if you want it to be in the video.

- the sentence: "This is my clip for Catself´s music video" (or similar)

4) We need all clips by 11.59 pm, Wednesday 19th December!

ALL videos shot and sent by you will be used, unless we encounter some serious technical problems.

Welcome to take part and please tell others about it! The more people participate, the richer and more interesting this project is going to be! Let´s make art together!

For everyone who is on Facebook, here is the link to the event which you can join and share:

Back to News

Catself has the ability to make music that is both very original and nice to listen to. That was my first thought when I listened to her music for the first time and I still love listening to it. The lyrics are also original but what is the most important for me is Catself's original and catchy melodies, arrangements and voice. I am sure that also listeners who are normally more into the mainstream kind of sound will enjoy her songs.
